Course Info

“Real difficulties can be overcome; it is only the imaginary ones that are unconquerable.”

Calvin Coolidge

How does the course work?

Smaller groups of 4-5 persons are ideal, but up to 8 people can be accommodated in a corporate set-up.

The Be Your Best programme is conducted over 30 hours – 10 weekly sessions of three hours each – so that participants can use the time between sessions to do at-home/ at work practicing.

The cost of the course is R4,500 per person. Course material includes communication practice cards, a Be Your Best workbook (100p), as well as a paperback book Be Your Best (revised and updated in 2021). It is worth noting that the course is now accredited with the Services Seta, earning you points for professional development.

Courses can also be presented individually at a cost of R8,150 for 10 sessions of 90 minutes each.

Why does the course take so long to complete?

Coming back to each session, feedback is facilitated to enable deeper and specific instructing,  as well as further understanding of the skills. Hands-on practise and group discussions form an integral part of the course.  Sessions are based on the philosophy of learning by doing. Real change takes time!
